SKULL LABS® CREATINE. Dietary supplement. Powder for the preparation of a drink supplementing the diet with creatine and beta-glucan, recommended for adults performing high-intensity physical exercise. Creatine increases physical performance in the case of consecutive short, very intense physical exercises and a beneficial effect is observed with the consumption of 3 g of creatine per day.
Ingredients:Creatine monohydrate, beta-glucan (frombarley).
Recommended intake: Mix ~1 scoop of powder (4.5 g) with 250 ml of water. Drink 1/2 serving before training and 1/2 immediately after training.
